What Causes Leg Pain After Single Embryo Transfer?

Hi, I had a single embryo transfer 2 days ago, it was a day 3 embryo with nine cells. I now have aching legs, cramping has gone. But feel I am getting thrush from progesterone pessaries.
My main concern is why are my legs aching? I have taken it very easy since transfer .

Thanks
