What Causes Leg Cramps, recurrent UTI,fatigue, headache And Body Pain?

Hi, I am Vj from India. My wife is 24 years old (5ft 6"). We got married in Nov 2007 and my wife had a miscarriage in Feb 2008. She suffered from typhoid in August 2008 and it lasted 30 days when we came to know my wife was pregnant. Her pregnancy was really a painful one. In the 6 month of pregnancy, she experienced labour like pains and was given IVs and injections. Her waters broke and she was admitted to hospital but the doctors waited for the labour pains to start naturally but it didn't happen. Doctors told us about the leakage of "fluid" around baby through the cervix..they administered medicines to safeguard against UTIs but she caught UTI. My wife was completely bedridden for the next one month. Then on April 9 2009 she gave birth to our only daughter through cesarean who is 2 years old now and is absolutely healthy unlike what doctors anticipated.

Two hours after delivery, she started feeling chills and fever, her condition only deteriorated in the following week. She suffered from malaria. We took here to another doctor (Physician) who examined her condition and after some lab test told that she had UTI. She was admitted. Her fever did not go since cesarean delivery. With every passing day, her TLC only increased by an alarming number: 1st day TLC 12000, 2nd day: 18000, 3rd day 24000, 4day 37000, 5day 48000… she was already shifted ICU.. the doctor had a CT scan done, administered highest level of Antibiotics etc. and eventually suggested to take her to another big renowned hospital..but then he decided to do blood transfusion as last resort. this worked and her TLC started decreasing. SHe stayed in the hospital for 25 days after delivery and her fever did not cease to exist until 37th day of delivery. During the period of hospitalization she had a lot of IVs, antibiotics, injections etc. the injections in her hand veins caused blood clotting the small veins at a couple isolated places in the arm area which was treated with a gel called "thombophrobe".

She was restored to health and to normal life in a couple of months. But ever since then, she suffers from lag cramping at night, suffers recurrent UTI with an interval of 3 months or so. She complains of fatigue, headache, shoulder & back pain, and pain in the hands and legs, burning sensation in the eyes. she feels more pain in the right side of the body. She gets a temperature that lasts over 3-4 weeks and increases during evenings. A complete abdominal sonography (UltraSound) was carried out yesterday and everything is reported O.K. (including kidneys and gall bladder). All her x-rays of shoulder and back are normal. She is taking medicine (rabeprazole) to rule out the possibility of gastritis as underlying problem of her pain but she feels alright for few hours then all of a sudden she gets a temperature and feels exhausted. here diet is mostly liquid (Apple Juice, Cranberry Juice etc.). We've been to many doctors and none could tell us for sure what ailment she is suffering with.

Could you please advise me to what might be causing this recurring health issue with my wife or what I should proceed with to find her some avenue of relief ? Also, we are a happy & affectionate family so her emotions are not very likely to be contributing to her illness.
