What Causes Left Abdominal Pain, Vaginal Cramping And Discomfort With Nausea?

For the past 2 days, I have had severe to mild pain in my left lower abdomen. It feels very much like a period cramp (but I am between cycles) and it intensifies when I eat or drink. Also, when I urinate, I experience vaginal cramping and discomfort. When the abdominal pain is severe, it causes nausea. When I flex my abdominal muscles, or if I put pressure on my lower abdomen, it causes the pain to increase. Any ideas?
