Hello,

Lack of weak bowel movements may be due to low fiber diet or decreased physical activity or drugs like codeine etcetera. Take high fiber diet and regular exercise, yoga, meditation and drink plenty of water and liquid diet, avoid smoking and alcohol.

Use Metamucil or Benefiber for the bulk formation of stools. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
