I woke up one morning with a red rash on my neck it was a little itchy and it stayed red for a few days and then it turned brown ... After a while if I became to hot it would turned red and now a have a big brown spots in the middle of my neck Nothing in my diet has changed Please help ...

It may be insect bite dermatitis most probably. The lesion is in healing stage.Still, Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply antibiotic cream, if you feel burning sensation. Otherwise no need to take any treatment.
