Hello i am 38 years old and just had a baby 6 weeks ago. About 4 months ago I noticed a very small sore with a hard flat tip next to the aerola. I am breastfeeding and for some reason it started itching and got a little irritated. It popped and there was discharge the color of breast milk and now there is a hole and it continues to itch. Whatever the discharge is it closes and dries the hole, what can it be? Please help.
