What Causes Itchy Foot?

Hi, I have had an itchy foot for weeks now but recently I have gotten an outbreak of small spots/blisters on the bottom of my foot that ooze a cleat liquid when they burst. The spots are spreading rapidly and my baby toe has become swollen because of them which is in turn making it painful when I walk. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you
