What Causes Itchy Bumps On Chest And Abdomen Along With Fever?
4 y/o male with 6-8 small itchy bumps on chest and abdomen. Running fever 102. C/o headache and upset stomach when he eats anything. Lasting 1 day so far. itchy bumps look like chigger or possible flea bite so may not even be related to temp. Not mosquito bites because he is allergic to those and has a different reaction, Give it another day or take him into urgent care? Been alternating tylenol and ibuprofen for fever and aches

Hello,
He can have viral infection which can be causative for Rash and fever. Give him Paracetamol syrup for Fever. Calamine lotion can be applied over rash. Kindly consult pediatrician for detailed evaluation.
