i have prolonged skin itchiness on my skin, espcially on my palms and legs. my palms gets dry and i have rashes on my legs. i have been taking anti histamine drugs , it improves when i am at it but my conditions - the itch , comes back when i am not taking anti histamines anymore. is it safe to take antihistamine drugs for a long time, and what can i do to stop this itchines for good. pls help
