Hello,

I have gone through your query and it seems to be seborrhoeic dermatitis.

You need to take a course of oral and topical anti fungal medicines.

I would recommend you to apply ketoconazole salicylic acid shampoo twice weekly and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily.

Also, take tablet fluconazole 200 mg twice weekly for 4 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
