What Causes Itching Light Brown Discoloration On Abdomen, Under/between Breast?

I have mottled spotty light brown discoloration on my abdomen and under and between the breast. There is also a spontaneous itching that comes and goes away randomly all over the body that results in a temporary red raised bumpy rash. I would like to know what this discoloration could be and if that could be related with the itchness. The discoloration has been slowly happening for about 6-8 months, and the itching since beginning of summer.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern the given history is suggestive of contact dermatitis and this may be due to undergarment, this condition could be best treated with the antihistamine and the best option is " Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day for local application you can use Diphenhydramine lotion this would come around soon take care and have nice day.
