General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You had protected sex and unprotected oral sex, and you had itching and burning of hand. i suspect it to be the allergic reaction to some thing else, and anxiety reaction to that.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
you may need to have the blood tests done to exclude any diseases.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms injections of vitamin B1,6,and 12, for 10 days, and grisofulvin, levocitrizine, and montelekast.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
