What Causes Intermittent Chest Pain?

my problem is when I eat something and walk I get sever chest pain and when I take water or take a digine tablet it goes off and comes again and again. I have been suffering for nearly three years and i am not going any better. Some times after meals when I sleep I have to get up with pain and it is like a heart attach I have over 100 attacks of the similar nature.
