What Causes Intense Pain/pressure On Right Side And Heavy Bleeding During Periods?
Hello,
My question is about my menstrual cycle. Every cycle I have intense pain and pressure on my right side only. This is accompanied by sharp pains down my right thigh and heavy bleeding. I pass clots every month as well. In between periods I will sometimes get cramping but will not spot.

First thing that is required for this condition is a ultrasound examination of whole abdomen to rule out other causes , analgesics will be required , a course of antibiotics may be helpful, this condition can be due to ovulatory dysfunction.
