Hi There

After going through the details provided by you I would like to tell you that whenever we are stressed out, anxious or angry few hormones like cortisol, adrenaline are released by various glands into our blood stream which increases the sympathetic activity in our brain leading to faster heart rates and sometimes even palpitations which is a normal physiological phenomenon.

Same thing has happened in your case also. So nothing to worry about. Just try to stay calm and stress free. Start doing meditation / yoga daily it will surely help you.

I wish you good health
