Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

These heart rate values are quite normal during straining physical activity, especially when you are not used to training regularly.

For this reason, it is important to start gradually physical activity and increase the exercise load day by day as your heart and body gets used to it gradually and tolerate physical activity better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
