OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
You could be suffering from the problem of anti-sperm antibodies, i.e., antibodies that are normally produced against any infection are also produced against sperms and this leads to the loss of motility and death of sperms on entering the vagina. Intra-uterine insemination can be of help and if that does not work, you have to go for further treatment. IVF with intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection is the best option for conception in the presence of significant anti-sperm antibodies. Hope this helps.
