Hello
I have gone through your questions and understood your concern.

All your thyroid test results are within the normal range.
According to these results,my opinion is that your thyroid gland function is normal and you have not hypothyroidism.

The most common symptoms and signs of hypothyroidism are:Fatigue,Increased sensitivity to cold,Constipation, Dry skin,Weight gain,Muscle weakness.

I want to say that,if you have most of these symptoms,i suggest to repeat the thyroid tests(TSH ,fT3 and fT4) in another lab and than to consult physically an endocrinologist in your area because you may actually have hypothyroidism and need thyroid hormone replacement therapy.

Other potential causes that can cause some hypothyroid-like symptoms can be:Depression,Dehydration,Anemia,Diabetes type 2,Congestive heart failure.

These diagnoses should be taken in consideration by your doctor if your second test results are normal.

Hope this information is helpful.
If you have other questions, feel free and ask.I will be happy to help.
Take care.
