Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir i can understand your concern
i am very sorry about your condition
in my opinion Hypoglycemia is not a common symptom in individuals who are not diabetic.
so i suggest you to get investigated for the problem
Further when I see someone who comes to me with a presentation like yours, I order 2 things:
1.C-peptide essay with 12 hr fasting sugar level
2.Extended GTT to check for reactive hypoglycemia.
this kind of test will tel you the probable reason for hypoglycemia.

in some individuals with bmi more than 30 there can be a chance of reactive hypoglycemia and they are at risk for developing diabetes in future.
i need to know your height weight and age
any family history of diabetes?
for further discussion
i am very sorry to say that there are no OTC drugs for this complaint
kindly practice split meal pattern to avoid hypos
Hope I was able to help you.
If you have any further question feel free to write me back. I will be happy to help.
Take care.
Best Regards.
