Multiple symptoms of pain in abdomen, pushing up feeling, short of breath, back pain, diarrhea, heat flashes and weird feeling in limbs started after appendectomy in last April indicate there might have been disturbed bacterial intestinal flora and hence the problems. I would advise you the following since you have multiple symptoms. Get the stool and blood tested. Ultrasonography of abdomen. A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole. Probiotics, curds, yogurt, bananas and activated charcoal. Clinical evaluation so that a proper course of supportive and symptomatic treatment can be done for shortness of breath and heat flashes which may have different reasons.
