What Causes High Fever, Stomach Pain And Nasal Problem?

3 year old with high fever around 103-104 for 4 days. Breaks with advil to as low as 99 but goes back up when rotating tylenol. took to ER Fri. For high fever where they strep and flu tested both negative. Only other symptoms are says stomach hurts sometimes and seems real nasal when temp goes up.

I really appreciate your concern the given history is suggestive of respiratory infection this is mostly comes around without the need of any specific treatment symptomatic medicine alone gives very good results with the general nursing care, watch for hydration the child should be encourage for drinking water, no need to worry about this, if this does not went away after a week then this could need antibiotic with blood work up, have nice day.
