Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

If started together, these symptoms might suggest a viral illness, urine infection or food poisoning. Just give her Paracetamol 3 times daily for 3 days. If better by then, nothing to worry. If not, or if fresh symptoms appear, we can evaluate further.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
