What Causes High Blood Sugar Level?

My age is 58. I have taken 5 tablets of losar 25 due to sudden increase in blood pressure(160/95) with regular medicine Stamlo 5. Today I got sugar test fasting and it results 154 mg/dl. I have no previous symptoms of sugar.
Can losar 25 increase my blood sugar.

Hello,
Losartan doesn't result in increase in sugar levels.Your high blood sugar levels must have been there for a long time and it is just a coincidence, that it I has been detected now.
You are suffering from diabetes and hence must take medications for it.
Along with medicines, you should observe proper dietary control and o regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.
Shed your weight,if high.
Be in your required range of BMI.
Consult a doctor and do the needful.
Thanks
