What Causes High Blood Pressure, fatigue And Headaches?

Hello. I'm a 6'2"/ 185 lbs 23 yr old male in relatively good overall health. However, I've struggled with high blood pressure, fatigue, brain fog/ fuzziness, headaches and anxiety for the last three years. I've been to an endocrinologist: Thyroid levels test is normal. Testosterone though is borderline-low.

My question is, what can cause something like high blood pressure and low-T and these other symptoms in someone my age who's otherwise seemingly healthy? Surely there's got to be an underlying cause.

HI,welcome to HCM.
High blood pressure with low testosterone can point to endocrinal abnormality of the adrenal gland.Enzymatic defects of steroid biosynthesis can lead to such elevations of blood pressure due to excess mineralocorticoid action of retained steroids.24hr urinary estimation of 17 keto steroids coupled with CT scan ,non contrast of the abdomen can rule out other organ pathologies if any.Consult your doctor for further queries.
Thank you
