Brief Answer:
Due to muscle spasm to some issues like epididymitis or epididymoorchitis

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. There can be a number of causes that can lead to such a presentation. It could be due to some simple muscle spasm to some issues like epididymitis or epididymoorchitis. You need to be clinically examined. The size of the testicles, associated tenderness, and acuteness of the condition needs to be taken in consideration. Your ongoing medication does not seem to have any association.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
Could you please upload the medical notes?

Detailed Answer:
Male hypogonadism is a condition in which the body does not produce enough testosterone (the male hormone) or has an impaired ability to produce sperm or both. The testicular size is important in such a case. Could you please upload the medical notes where this diagnosis was made?

it's not dense. it's kinda fine. did you get my notes?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Prof. Kunal Saha (3 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
It will be best to get a confirmation from the center

Detailed Answer:
Yes, I got your notes.
If it is not dense you do not need to shave. However, it would be best to get a confirmation from the center where the ultrasound would be done.

does frequent masturbation have anything to do with the condition mentioned? epidymis
doctor
Answered by Dr. Prof. Kunal Saha (20 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
No. But the statement is rather contradictory. Hypogonadism will affect your libido and I doubt if you would be interested in masturbating more often.
