Heavy vaginal bleeding with pain on the left side of the pelvis is indicative of sexually transmitted diseases like gonorrhea or Chlamydia.
You are suggested to visit a gynecologist, get physically examined. Get CBC, Urinalysis(S/C & R/E urine) & Imaging tests along with STD tests done to detect any STI, UTI, PID or Endometriosis.
Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected. Get your sexual partner also tested for STI to stay on the safer side. Avoid sex until you are being treated. Avoid unprotected sex & multiple sexual partners.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
