What Causes Heaviness In Head, fainting Feeling And Giddiness While Driving?
I feel heaviness in the head & mostly when I do not get enough sleep. I start feeling it since morning & it aggravates during meetings. I also feel nervous while speaking in meetings when there is heaviness in head & sometimes feel that I will faint. I also feel the heaviness when I turn my head to either side and also during driving. I do not know whether the heaviness is due to the air condition in the room. I have high blood pressure & my pulse rate is low (60). I take tenormin 25 for BP treatment. I do not know whether the heaviness is due to BP. Sometimes I feel whether I have vertigo as sometimes I feel giddiness in malls or while driving. May kindly diagnose my problems based on my symptoms & also which doctor I need to see.
hello sir/maam, you should go back to your doctor who prescribed you the tenormin meds maybe it needs to be shifted or add some antihypertensives. i suggest do conservative management first. 1st, you should take adequate rest and sleep, it should be 8 hrs of sleep.. and check also your lifestyle and diet.. it should be healthy..whenever you feel dizzy or lightheaded, try taking some candies maybe your blood sugar dropped..and take Betahistine 16mg 1 tab OD for dizziness..but anything else, consult first your primary doctor thank you
