Question: What should be the dosage of Asraufin.
2 tablets two times a day =4 tablets or
1 tablet two times a day=2 tablets a day.
i do not want to use alopathic medicine.
My BP has no known cause.I am otherwise healthy with no ailment.54 years Male.

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that The dose of asraufin is 2 to 3 tablets per day which means 1 tab at a time either twice or thrice daily.
But as you have mentioned your Bp is 190/105 which is significantly high. In this situation Ayurvedic medicines are not recommended as they have slow onset of action and take a long time to start there effect.
As you were previously on Tenormin so it's advisable to start back on Tenormin. Start with 25 mg initially keep monitoring your blood pressure and increase the dose if required.
Target blood pressure is less than 140/90 mmhg.
