What Causes Heart Attack For A Healthy Person?

How can a person who's cholesterol is fine, blood pressure is fine, exercises, eats right have a heart attack? My friend s husband just died---he did everything right and still had a heart attack? How can it be? It wasn t even genetic.

heart attacks happen as a result of an inflammatory process. So, you see, they can happen to anyone. You can eat right, exercise daily and be fit as a fiddle, but if you don't get check ups regularly so a doctor can test for the inflammatory markers in the blood... you have a heart attack that seems to come from out of the blue. I'll bet he thought he didn't need to see a doctor because he felt fine.... he should have had annual checkups, these markers show up well before a heart attack occurs.

Note: For further follow-up it is advisable to consult an emergency medicine specialist. Click here.
