What Causes Hearing And Vision Loss?

i am having nerves weakness which is effecting my hearing as well as vision. i am 23 year old. even though i am using an hearing aid , it is not helping me. i am a Btech graduate . i don t have a job because of my illness. i have heard that there is no cure for this.. and my hearing loss increasing with time. will i become complete deaf in nearby future???what should i do? pls help me

My thoughts and suggestions are as below. Progressive hearing loss and vision problem are usually due to nerve problem and with the advent of better imaging studies we can get to the cause. Please consult an ENT Surgeon and Eye Specialist. Ask for MRI study of the ears, eyes, sinuses, arterial blood supply and you can get the exact cause of your problems. Once the cause is found then only it is possible to predict whether you will be improved with medications or surgery as is the case. Till then continue multivitamins and mineral supplements, nerve tonics.
