What Causes Headaches, Fever And Ear Pain In A 8 Year Old?

My 8 yr old son was feverish and sick last night saying he was nauseous threw up about 4 in the morning couldn't go back to sleep because he said some man kept yelling at him and he was terrified. He has been feverish all day I have gave him the recommend Tylenol amounts and his fever was never gone but hovered around 100. He's said he has been nauseous all day and that his head hurts. When he stands or sits up he is dizzy and says he's going to fall over. I laid him down for bed and he started crying saying he felt like he was falling. Then when he opened his eyes and I was sitting next to him he said I looked really far away. He has complained of headache but never mentioned ear pain

Hi,

I highly suggest to send your son to ER. Your son is giving signs of delirium and needs further medical investigations.

Give him Tylenol as needed, while you send him to ER.

All the best!
