General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Few conditions that can result in headache, blurred vision, dizziness includes classic migraine with aura (eye symptoms) or Cluster headache etc. I advise you to:
- Take analgesics like Naproxen / paracetamol and Triptans
- Relaxation and stretching exercises
- YOGA
- Local heat on affected areas
- Also, to have a consultation with a ENT specialist  and ophthalmologist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya Vasudevan, General & Family Physician
