Hi, Your symptoms which include timing of your headache of 2 hrs. With orbital pain, as you ve described coming in a predictable fashion is consistent with a type of headache known as a trigeminal autonomic cephalalgia type and more specifically, cluster headache. You need to seek out a neurologist or better yet a headache specialist for a more accurate diagnosis since there are other symptoms that need to be investigated and pieces of your history that could suggest treatable causes which will be so much more to your benefit rather than just experimenting with different drugs. These are not migraine headaches by your description and therefore, I would not accept that as a diagnosis. They are also unlikely to be tension or stress headaches although psychological stressors could certainly exacerbate the intensity of these headaches once they are present.
