Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Your headche description is consistent with migraine as there are visual problems and it is unilateral.
Please visit a Neurologist/Physician and get examined if required few test may be done like complete eye check up, and to rule out any significant abnormality a MRI or CT Scan of head.
If everything is fine there are very good prescription drugs for quick relief and also prophylactic use if your attack of headache are severe and requent.
Please take proper sleep, take regular meals, avoid stress, watching too much TV or computer for long time. avoid chocolate, cheese.
Please take care
Good Luck
