Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to history, this could be a viral infection (generalized). Symptomatic management can be done for that.

For pain and fever, Paracetamol can be prescribed. Check your urine routine microscopic examination also. If urine examination is suggestive of urinary tract infection, then the antibiotic course will be prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
