What Causes Head Aches, Frequent Urination, Back Pain And Dizziness?

I am having head aches, frequent urination, lower and middle back aches, light head/dizziness when standing up, and light light cramping like menstral cramps. There is a possibility i could be pregnant, but i took a test and it said negative. I am not due to began my cycle for another week, but am concerned it could be something like diabetes since i am over wieght.

Hello,

It can be diabetic mellitus. check your random and fasting blood sugar. For headache and backache you can take tab ibuprofen , tab paracetamol after prescription.
- Do meditation and yoga
- Avoid stress and noise
- Do back strengthen exercises
- Take a healthy diet
