Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

If there is no fever, no blood in stools and baby is playful, this can be taken as normal and no need of any treatment. Green color is pretty normal in this age.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
