Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be candidal balanoposthitis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would suggest to apply clotrimazole cream with fucidine cream thrice a day. Take Sitz bath in water mixed with few drops of dettol. Take a course of antifungal like itroconazole and antibiotic like cefixime in proper doses after meeting the dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
