What Causes Generalised Itching And Burning Sensation Around The Mouth?

Yes. I'm having some problems. I would like to know what would cause generalized itching.Itching and burning sensation around the mouth. There are no rashes or bumps. I also have a rash around my anus that i got prior to my period. I need some help please. Does this sound like an STD?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The itching and burning sensation could be because of the erosive lichen planus or oral submucous fibrosis.
If it is lichen planus, if it is lichen planus then you have to take topical steroids like triamcinolone acetonide (0.1%) 4-5times daily for 1 week.
You can also take topical anesthetic and analgesics like anabel gel for the pain.
If it is oral submucous fibrosis, then you have to stop the habit of pan or tobacco chewing(if you have the habit), if it is because of anemia then you have to take nutritional supplements along with antioxidants like lycopene.
consult a oral physician and get it ruled out.
