My Mother has been suffering from thyroid, high pressure, spondylitis, gastric, severe cough n cold and depression. She under a ovarial cyst surgery 3 years back and has been in post operational trauma. Mentally she has broken down as she keeps on suffering from diseases one after another. So now even if she is better health she does not think she is and usualy do not go out of the house. She stays inside and stays alone most of the time as we generally have to be out for work. So now her problem has turned into both physical and mental. She also had gastric problems and was admitted in Apollo kolkata for 20 odd days. During that time all kind medical tests were conducted on her and the overall reports showed no major worries. But now she often gets irritated of the fact that she keeps on suffering... I consulted a psychiatrist but that did not helped either. She has lost faith in doctors and medicines which is a concern about her physical health and often skips meals and medicines. Kindly suggest what can be done to bring improvement in my mothers physical and mental health.
