I have been having quite a few things going on lately...it started about 5 months ago...i had a lot of morning gas...it then stopped only to have lower abdomenal pain...that too has decreased only to be followed by cramping before and after bowel movements and right shoulder pain...today after my bm, i have had intermittent knawing pain right around my stomach (upper abdomen) causing me to feel nausious...i must add that I have an 8 month old daugher and a 3 yr old as well and have had what I am sure are fissures since my first child...my weight does vary but i have lost 10 lbs this last month or two unintentionally...please help
