Hallow Dear,

Your lump inside the labia suggests that you have a Bartholin's abscess. Bartholin's glands are situated under labia majora. Usually this abscess is due to Sexually transmitted infections like Gonorrhoea and/or Chlamydia. Along with you have caught urinary infection also. Urine examination will confirm the diagnosis.

Urinary infection can be treated by antibiotics. However, Bartholin's abscess needs surgical intervention. It will have to be incised and the edges need to be sutured after eversion (marsupialization). The surgery is performed under the antibiotics umbrella.

Please report to your Gynaecologist for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

Hope this helps you.
