What Causes Frequent Low Grade Fever And Constant Fatigue?

Hi I am a 28 year old female and I ve been experiencing a low grade fever between 99.0-99.9 for the past 3 weeks, usually it starts in the evening or after I have done some chore. My doc has done a series of tests and other than a high SGPT (76) everything seems to be ok, I have also just finished a 7day course of antibiotic although my blood culture is clear. Hbv and HCV are negative and so is Typhoid and malaria. Other LfT results are also normal.Please guide me as to what could be wrong cause I am tired of feeling exhausted and weak for half the day, and I don t want to take too many pain killers for fever because of the SGPT

This temperature is grossly normal and having a temperature of 99.9 fatre household chores is not a big surprise. Just like our temperatures increase during exercise, so too would the body temperature increase after doing some household chores. I understand you may not be feeling exactly great but I would advice that you stop taking any medications and see what happens over the next weeks. There is no urgency here and being aggressive would not be a good idea at this time.
