What Causes Frequent Diarrhea, Vomiting, Abdominal Pain And Belching?
For the last couple months my husband has had times where he has severe diarrhea and vomiting for short periods of time. A week ago he started it again, for 4 days. then my daughter and I both seemed to get a stomach virus for just 24 hours. My husband went two days then started vomiting and diarrhea again. It has been a week since this started, he hasn t vomited today, but he has diarrhea and constantly feels like he needs to have a bowel movement. He is also having pain in his abdomin and is belching a lot. Also, No appetite at all. What is wrong with him?

You may be suffering from acute gastroenteritis it may be due to the bacterial or viral origin.
Get stool examination and hanging drop preparation. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Drink ORS solutions and plenty of liquid.
If symptoms not improved use tablet Ofloxacin and ornidazole twice a day for five days. Then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
