Hello,
I have gone through your query and would like to offer some suggestions. Firstly, the blood test for pregnancy is very sensitive and conclusive. Secondly, you can get a trans-vaginal sonogram of the pelvis to know the status of the pelvic organs and clarify the situation. It is true that pregnancy can occur even after tubal ligation if reanastomosis occurs. However, the chances are minimal. Hope your query has been clarified. Take care.
