What Causes Fever, Sore Throat And Loss Of Appetite?

I have low grade fever fever (99) along with sore throat for the last 2 weeks. I did the first course of antibiotics for 5 days but fever came back. Doctor asked me to continue with the antibiotic (Cephamine) for another five days but fever has again come back. The throat is better but I don t have appetite and feel quite weak.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to the condition pot infection. It is very normal to have low appetite and feel weak after an infection. I suggest to take a multivitamin supplement and eat a healthy diet. I recommend to rest and drink liquids.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
