What Causes Excessive Sweating During A Bowel Movement?

So I am having this stomach problem where I start to pass a solid bowel movement and my body starts to feel like it’s on fire and I start to sweat a lot. The sweat turns cold and I feel like I’m going to throw up. I have almost passed out due to this occurring. This happens a decent amount of time enough to affect my daily life.
