In recent months, I am very easily overheated. The littlest exertion (I'm fit, healthy, not overweight) will cause me to break a sweat - making the bed, climbing the stairs, putting the dishes away. I'm dressing for summer under winter coats, walking 1.5 miles to work, and then sweating copiously for an hour after the walk (30 degree snowy weather, or colder.) 43, pre-menopausal, definitely not hot-flashes.
