What Causes Excess Of Flatulence And Stomach Pain?

I am a home health nurse RN...my patient has a 18F GTT and has been having excessive Gastric leaking the past few weeks and tonight I just went to change the dressing and there is a huge blood clot and the 4x4s are saturated with bright red blood. GTT was changed 2 months ago to a different type with a dangling tube. No stomach pain. N/V or any other S/S other than the bleeding and tender stoma site that is bleeding. What is causing this?
