ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You need to undergo a functional Endoscopic sinus surgery to see the status of your nasal cavity whether your nose is still deviated or whether there is any problem.

In the meantime, you take nasal spray Fluticasone nasal spray 2 puffs twice daily for 7 days. Take steam inhalation through nose thrice daily. This you will continue for 3 week.

For echo in ear, an ENT surgeon has to examine your ear under microscope. Pure tone audiogram and Impedance audiogram should be done.

For just, ignore the nose, listen to soft music while sleeping. Avoid smoking, excess coffee, tea, loud noise. Take Vitamin B12 1 tablet daily.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajat Basak
